7/18/17 GolfTalk Live host Tony Leodora interviews Philadelphia Highway Patrol Officers Jim Martin and Mike Chichearo in front of the First Tee/PAL class at Spring Mill CC in Ivyland, Pa. Both officers are graduates of the PAL program and Officer Chichearo also was introduced to golf via the First Tee program. Now they are spending time giving back to the kids of the golf community.
